The Facilities Technician is responsible for managing the upkeep and functionality of the company’s facilities across various locations. This role involves performing routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure that equipment, fixtures, and furniture remain in safe and reliable working order. The Facilities Technician conducts regular check-ups, addresses maintenance needs promptly, and supports both preventive and corrective maintenance efforts to minimize downtime.

Role Description:
As a Senior Cost Accountant, you will be working closely with the CFO and responsible for the company’s accounting tasks. This would include maintaining job costing and reconciliations and monitoring variances; month end close, reviewing payroll submissions, and preparing monthly financial reports.
General Responsibilities and Duties:
- Maintain job costing reconciliations, reports, and analysis
- Manage progress and contract billings
- Reconcile accounts to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Report, with analysis, any significant variances to CFO
- Maintain certified payroll reporting
- Filing and submitting taxes: Sales and Use, Highway and Use, IFTA
- Recommend ways to reduce costs and enhance revenue
